What we do
Building Confidence to Reach Success
We understand that for some, Maths can cause sweaty palms, an increased heart rate and create genuine fear, but we don’t feel like this should be the case for anyone. We want Maths to be exciting, entertaining, and rewarding. We believe most people that keep Maths at arm’s length may not have had the opportunity to build confidence in the subject. That’s why our feedback is focused on positivity and confidence building to help support students to reach success each week.
Motivation By Creating Goals First
Many tutors will have their own plans or schemes, going through each topic over a set period. We like to start with individualised goals for each of our students and then working together to build the plan to reach them. We find this gives students motivation when they see themselves achieving each step towards their own goal.
Reaching Your Full Potential
With the continuous pressures on schools and the growing difficulties of finding Maths teachers nationally, we know that some students unfortunately do not get the opportunity to reach their full potential within schools. We make sure our students reach their full potential by providing quality lessons and feedback by qualified teachers. We then also update our students’ schoolteacher to support the learning in class which results in a complete linked learning environment for each of our students.
