Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, www.mathsplus.co.uk (“Our Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our Site immediately.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Mathsplus Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over, residing in the United Kingdom.
1.2. Employees, contractors, or agents of Mathsplus are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The Program may not be used for commercial purposes or in conjunction with any other offer.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. A “Referrer” is an existing customer who refers another individual (“Referred Customer”) to Mathsplus.
2.2. To qualify as a valid referral:
The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with Mathsplus.
The Referred Customer must complete a paid transaction with Mathsplus.
The Referred Customer must provide the Referrer’s unique referral code or details at the time of purchase.
3. Incentives
3.1. For each valid referral, the Referrer will receive the agreed amount which will be stated when the Referrer signs up to the program.
3.2. Payments will be made within 30 days of the Referred Customer’s qualifying purchase being confirmed.
3.3. Payments will be issued via bank transfer. Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
3.4. Incentives are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
4. Limitations
4.1. There is a maximum of 200 referral rewards per Referrer unless otherwise agreed by Mathsplus.
4.2. Referrals cannot be made to oneself (e.g., using different email addresses).
4.3. Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
5. Tax Liability
5.1. Referrers are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from receiving referral incentives.
6. Changes and Termination
6.1. Mathsplus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any referrals made prior to termination will be honoured in accordance with these Terms.
7. General
7.1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
7.2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
